Pre and Postpartum Nutritional Counseling

Whether you are planning to get pregnant, you are pregnant or you just gave birth, this section is for you, because at Healthy Super Mommies we are conscious about the importance of healthy nutrition before, after and during pregnancy. That’s why we would be pleased to support you in that wonderful path.

Before Pregnancy:

Nutrition before pregnancy is the first step to store up all the nutrients you need for the future’s baby development. That’s why it is so important to have an optimal level of vitamins and minerals reserve. This level is reached by having a balanced and varied diet.

During Pregnancy:

Weight gain during pregnancy varies considerably from one woman to another, and can even vary from one pregnancy to another. However, it is important that this weight gain is kept within a healthy range. Insufficient or excessive weight gain during pregnancy carries health risks for both mother and child.

After Pregnancy:

Once your baby is born you should avoid any crash diet to lose weight and focus, as far as possible, on eating balanced and keeping yourself active.

Child Nutrition Counseling
